Nice little place near a quieter stretch of California Ave (Admiral District). Stopped in for a Saturday noon-ish BRUNCH coordinated with a preceding appointment in the neighborhood. Had the Ken's Scramble (with Salmon and Asiago - yum!) and something to drink...like a Mimosa, but I can't remember. The drink was strong enough that I forgot about the automatic adding of gratuity and therefore double-tipped!! (I THOUGHT the bill seemed a bit high, considering the discount, but THAT'S my problem for being such a "lightweight.")

Cocktail was tasty, but a bit weak. Would suggest making alcolhol drinks more potent, stronger, more powerful.

Based on the cost, I would have expected better quality food. My eggs Benedict was okay but the English miluffin was paper flat and the ham looked like it was Oscar Meyer. I don't think I will go back for brunch.

The atmosphere is nice there. Open with chalk to write on blackboards situated on the wall in the booths. The food was of good quality. We asked for a take out of the leftovers of my wife's meal and were totally puzzled that they had not only boxed up the remainder of the seafood linguine, but also placed on top of the food the empty shells and shrimp tails, from the portion that was already consumed but set aside on the plate. STRANGE. The food was of good quality, taste. I think that prices are a little higher than the location/quality/service level experienced.

The service was great, but the food was not tasty. I ate a few bites, and left the rest. I'll give it another shot because I have another certificate, but if it fails again, that's it.

We really looked forward to eating there. We have occasionally ordered take-out and always ordered the same thing. On this trip to dine in Angelina's we both ordered entrees that sounded good on the menu but turned out not to be as good as we expected.

Angelina's is a great neighborhood restaurant. They have recently updated their interior so that it is still casual and upscale at the same time. It's been a popular place for my family to go for many years, I can't resist their chicken canneloni!

loveeee Angelinas..you can never go wrong with the Admirals Kiss drink - salad and yummy pasta -- i especially love eating the seafood here. :) YUM The bartender is very nice as well and very informed :)
