My Friend and I had a great time with ourselves, It was a busy Saturday evening and I didn't feel the restaurant was catering to us specifically (There was no personal touch) I had to remind the manager we were waiting to be seated after the time frame given to us and later on remind the waiters twice about our order. Also for the $50 certificate plus the $65, I paid extra (Total is over $105), the bread was like an elastic band with sugar it was literally hard on the outside and stretchy on the inside, I could make better food at home. Otherwise it was great to see my friend and we made a great evening of it.

On Restaurant.com offer is minimum spending $37.5 in order to use $25 certificate. But the owner keep saying it should be $50. We went there for lunch. Normal lunch charge should be $22.5 per person, but he charged us $25 per person instead.

The location was pretty far from where we lived, and there is very limited parking. The chicken was dry, and the salad bar was very sparce. Picked the resturant because of the deal found, but will not return.

They pass the same food over and over again. Not chichen and beef. Waiter not available when needed. Limited salud bar. had to wait a long time for food. Will never go back

None of the servers seemed to know what anyone else was doing, there was something nasty in the tea, we sat and waited forever before anyone even acknowledged us, and we had to ask for a bread basket, no one brought us any.

The meat was kind of bland, unless you got a slice from the outside of the cut of meat, where they had seasoned (but apparently not marinated) the meat. We also asked several different people for a couple of the meats cooked medium rare, but only one person ever came back with one of the types of meat cooked that way. The servers with the meats also seemed to come in waves; several times we sat waiting for someone to come by with food.

Waiter was pleasant but got too busy as the restaurant filled up and was difficult to find. Not enough good wait staff. Meat quality was okay but the salad bar was poor. Meat selection was small. Restaurant had low ceilings and was dark. It didn't feel clean. I've been to many rodizio style churrascarias in the US, Brasil and Argentina and I felt this was overpriced for the experience. I would pay more for a higher-end churrascaria.

The service was very poor. After we sat down, the server did not come to our table for 15 minutes to ask us what we wanted to drink. I had my card on Green the entire time we were there and only was visited four times by the severs offering the meats. We finally left and went across the street for more food.

The food was ok, but not delicious. They could of seasoned the meat more. They took their time with bring around the meat, yes it was crowded, but it was new years eve, everyone goes out to eat.

this was our second time. Our first experience was amazing. The service is exceptional, but the food was rather bland this time around. Couldn't find the yuca root at the salad bar, and the meat was only so-so.

The food was good but the service failed. I had a reservation and still waited an additional 30-45 minutes. The waitress took forever to bring our drinks and also to bring the check. I really did not want to pay the 18%.

Had to wait 20 minutes past our reservation time to be seated. We had to ask three different waiters for steak sauce. Had two coupons and could only use one. We had to order two desserts to come up to a minimum of $100.00 in order to use the coupon and the desserts were $8 or $9 and the key lime pie was very small. So small in fact that I posted them on Facebook.

There were not too many options for beef. We were stuck in a corner that made it heard for the servers to check on us our bring us more steak. The salad buffet was very limited and not too many options.

This was called a steakhouse so I thought I'd be getting a good steak. Unfortunately all meat was rare and so I asked for well done-this never happened and I ended up eating a 1 oz. piece of chicken and a small bite-size piece of filet and lots of bread, potatos, and some salad and fruit. Not a good value for the $80 I put out plus the $25 certificate. Unless you want raw meat cross this one off you list of places to eat. I must have asked 4+ times to please cook my meat well-done. It never happened.

wait was over an hour and 15 mins, after being seated it took an additional 20 mins to get a waiter to greet us at the table (after we told the hostess we were being ignored)

The downhill slide started with the salad bar... mediocre at best. The meat servings seemed to come from cheap cuts of meat and we had to ask repeatedly for rare portions.
Our measurements were comparing this place to a similar restaurant nearly across the street.
