This is an overlooked gem on Murray Ave. in Squirrel Hill. How the gentleman keeps up the high quality of what he serves when there are seldom many diners there is a miracle.

The main course was very good. The soup and appetizer were just ok. The server was attentive but not particularly friendly or warm.

Much too spicy. Noodles gummy. Empty restaurant with no atmosphere. Food came all at once...soups, appetizers and main course.

It is a nice little place with great food. I read the comments that the food was good but the place was empty. Ditto we were alone but don't understand why??? It deserves to be busy, it will get a return trip from us

The dinner was just ok. Nothing was particularly tasty. The chicken teriyaki appetizer was dried out and overcooked. I think I would try it one more time. Maybe we should have ordered other items so we will try again.

Did not like that the front doors were wide open. Some of the portion sizes were small for the price.

almost every meal had chicken in it, not very vegetarian friendly. the food was clearly fresh, but it was just not my favorite taste. really, nothing wrong with the place, just maybe not for me

Food was delicious, but for two orders with no other customers dining in, we waited over an hour to receive our food. Aside from the wait, great place.

Food was good. Didn't like to atmosphere. Everyone in there was eating in silence. It was very strange. Apparently the mother cooks and the son does all the waiting so the service was lacking. I'd eat their food again but it would definitely be carry out.
