While visiting Chicago we looked for places to eat on Restaurant.com. We were pleasantly surprised with Baisi Thai- they are located on the 6th floor of a mall, but once you walk in you forget that- this please was truly a gem.

This is a great place for casual, inexpensive dining and the portions are generous. I would definitely dine there again.

The Food was excellent. Atmosphere was pleasant. Great place to take visitor in Chicago. Just the food was good quality. But I gues the waiter could be little sensitive to costumes who have Restaurant.com or coupons. Felt little unwanted tho.

Everything was great. We had lunch there. However, we also ordered two menu items to take with us. Although the gratutity is calculated on the bill, they also added it to the two items which we ordered after we finished our lunch and which we took with us. I don't believe that is appropriate, as there was virtually no service involved with that part of the bill.

We came in at 8:30pm on Saturday which is not a busy time. Our server was very nice and attentive. Food was very good as has been our experience. Drinks were very generously prepared and moderately priced.
