Awesome waiter, was willing to work with me to get a dish that I wanted. Which was a steak salad, that I just made my own.

Food was amazing! My husband and I are foodies and we thought the menu was very imaginative, especially with the vegan options (we are not vegans either!).

Las Vegas has an art district. Who knew! The restaurant is in a building that provides space for artist to work and show their work. So, there is a lot to see after dining. It was a fun experience.

All the food was great served by great staff. Setting was quite comfortable and was easy to enjoy a good conversation. Location easily access able with reasonable prices.

Excellent food. Attentive wait staff. Atmosphere was pleasant. Had a great time & will be back. The bread pudding is a must have!

One of the tapa dishes was absolutely flavorless (calamari). The other choice was somewhat better taste-wise, but portions are tiny for the price.

Excellent staff (Lisa) and food was great and loved Wes for his kindness. The live Bluegrass band was a special treat.
Will become regular of this place. The food was tasty, hot and delicious, especially that desserts.

The service was great, our waitress was wonderful. Energetic, friendly and knowledgeable. The menu had a lot of variety. For me, specifically, the vegan options were amazing.

We are lucky to get a wonderful server every time we visit! We love their menu and the sangria! We have introduced friends to the bistro a number of times and everyone has loved it!

Service was terrible. Fifty minutes after being seated, still no food. In addition, when we settled up the bill (we were in a hurry for the theater), we didn't notice they did not take off the the $25 certificate.

Bar+Bistro is delighted to welcome Executive Chef Beni Velàzquez whose Latin fusion focus stretches from Spain, Italy and France and follows the shores of Morocco, Egypt, Israel and Lebanon." The menu items reflects these influences from Velàzquez's experiences growing up in a Puerto Rican family in New York City, traveling through Spain, cooking with Italian and French chefs at the Ritz-Carlton and Four Seasons resorts and working with Asian and Indian cuisines in Los Angeles.
