The atmosphere was wonderful. Tables were not on top of each other so you didn't have to listen to others conversation. Portion sizes were perfect.

Nice atmosphere, good service. Friendly server. My BBQ Meatloaf was warm at best and not very good. The soup was excellent and the the other 3 in my party had great things to say about their food.

Every time we have been to Beacon Hills, the food has been slow coming from the kitchen. This time it was slow & not hot. They seem to be overwhelmed by a big party & ignored the rest of the customers which happened last time we were there also.

The only person working was the bartender and he was a bit busy but always very pleasant.

The food was delicious! We did mention to the server though that the food could have been warmer.

Food was good, but portion sizes were way smaller than in previous visits. Our kids got more food in their kids meals than what we received in adult portions.

We love Beacon Hills. It has a quiet atmosphere where you can have dinner and talk (and be able to hear each other without shouting). The food and service are excellent. We live nearby and will often go there on Friday nights for drinks and share some crab cakes.

We called ahead for a reservation & when asked indicated we wanted a booth. However, when we got there -- on time -- no booth was available. This was a 2nd try after a bad initial experience that took 1 1/2 hours to get our food, with only the offer of a free dessert to compensate. MUCH Better this time! So we will return...

had to wait 10 minutes before waitress noticed us to seat us, waitress wasn't sure if coupon could be used after we ordered and had to verify w/manager, used the buffet due to the amount of time it took and the food was not as impressive as their menu which we usually use, and do not appreciate that they automatically added an 18% gratuity on bill.
