Menu price didn't match the price on the bill

waiter did not bring my unsweetened iced tea as requested until about 30 minutes later...but he brought sweetened lemon tea or lemonade or something I didn't order, but my husband drank it anyway. The seafood paella is good, but it is NOT worth $24 PER PERSON!...maybe $19 per person at best

I ate here last year and the food and drinks were much better then. The server was polite. The french fries were soggy and the mint in the mojitos was not even slightly crushed.

Credit card machine still broken so they only accept cash. Also, they didn't have about 1/3 of the items on the menu (ran out of those items). Food was excellent.

I ordered the twin 6-7oz lobster tails. When they came out, they were more like 2oz tails, very small. The manager apologized saying it was what the distributor brought, but they did put shrimp on the plate and adjusted the bill. Never the less, it was disappointing. My husband's dish was very good...he had a dish of shrimp, squid, mussels, etc and was happy with it.

This restaraunt had ok food but when we got the bill, AND had PAID we realized that they charged a 18% tip unknowlingly and in small writing. Additionaly, they seem to play a little game saying that their credit card machine "may or may not work" and would need cash. We did not have cash and miraculously the credit card machine worked. Our friends and reviews on this website state that this happens to them all the time at this restaraunt.... I think they are pulling a scam. Very disappointed

Paying the check was a little awkward because they weren't accepting credit cards (machine out of order). Had to ask for cash from those I had invited.

bring cash b/c the credit card machine is always broken and you have to walk 2 blocks to an ATM...although the owner will reimburse you for the ATM fees, you still get hit with your bank's charges!

the food was not very good. overcooked beef and questionable fish (which they forgot to prepare as the menu stated) and very over priced and no atmosphere. the server and the Flan were excellent.

lively music, cheerful atmosphere, casual. server was nice and friendly and attentive, but she could have checked on us a bit more often. ONLY BAD THING was that drinks were 2 for 1 and the cost of 1 well Margarita was $9! Drink was waaaaaay too expensive

we should have known there would be problems when we arrived and there were no other diners. But, given it was Sunday eve, we took a chance. First, several of the menu items were not available. Our salad was a small handfull of lettuce and sliced tomato. The dressing was awful. The shrimp in wine/garlic was extremely oily and tastless. The Mahi was obviously frozen and also tastless as were the black beans. The protein portions were very small. Then, the credit machine "broke down", and we had to scramble to come up with enough cash to pay the bill! Overall, very disappointing.

The exterior appearance of the restaurant needs to be made more inviting. We almost didn't walk in because we were not sure they were open. The staff was friendly and courteous and that was the reason we stayed. Some of the food was excellent but some I did not like at all.

the 5 to 6 oz lobster tails I ordered were more like 3 to 4 oz. and were over cooked. My wife enjoyed her meal.
