We liked the location and music played in restaurant. The starters were too good, but the entree we choose was OK. Overall I would say the experience was good.

The food was amazing, especially for the price! My husband ordered the ribs and was shocked at how many bones he received (especially after eating at Montgomery Inn all these years). I ordered the lobster mac and cheese and it was decadent and delicious. Our table had a large restaurant.com certificate so we went for it! We got full size orders of the drumstick lollipops (the favorite sauce was the ginger), rueben eggrolls, lettuce cups, and the cheese plate. The banana dessert was also excellent! We can't wait to go back!

Wasn't as good as I remember the first time. I think the entree portion of the menu needs to be expanded for weekend dining. Maybe have a couple of specials. They should also do something with the atmosphere. Paint the walls a different color and dim the lights. Have candles on the tables. The can lights are so bright. I see now why people said before it is such a mix of 'concepts' with the look and the food options. The food quality was a mixed bag. The cheese plate was very good, but seemed to have shrunk seriously since we were there 6 months ago. The salad was excellent, but the pork chops thin and boring. The steak for $22 was tough and also tasteless. Sides were all good. I was disappointed in the chocolate cake after reading from some how great it was, but the bananas foster was excellent. And we love being able to bring our own wine. The young fellow who waited on us was friendly and definitely worked hard, but was a overwhelmed and distracted so it was erratic service-both too slow and too fast at times. Bottom line is the four of us would have spent around $120 dollars(without the certificate) WITHOUT alcohol or any drinks, all sharing one appetizer and two desserts. Frankly for the food quality consistency and lack of atmosphere, that is too much to spend in my book.

The 24.00 ribeye was so tough could not eat the 24.00 fillet mignonette was terrible. The atomosphere was a joke. We were hesitant about even going in the place. So much confusion and had to remind them several times I had called ahead to verify the coupon was good. A very embarrassing situation. Would never go back or refer anyone.

Very enjoyable experience and very good food and service. (Unfortunately, there's no "very good" choice listed in the survey options.) Background music (mostly 1930-1940s style) could have been a little quieter, but we're not fond of background music.

This is a classic example of "Don't judge a book by its cover"... this restaurant is actually in a nondescript ranch house in a line of houses. My husband had the french onion soup and ribs-- they were terrific (plentiful and meaty). I had the side salad, salmon and sauteed spinach- all great. The atmosphere is just average, but the food makes up for it. It's fresh, and tastes like great home-cooked meal. Wide variety of menu options.

The service was good for the most part although our server was not familiar enough with the menu to describe several dishes when we asked questions about them. The 'Taste of Bite' appetizer was very good, the seasonal salads were very good with the exception of the aged yellow cherry tomato. Entrees we chose were disappointing, both ribeye and brisket were extra fatty, the small puddle of gravy on a small portion of mashed potato contained a whole bay leaf and was very cold upon arrival. The Chocolate Decadence dessert possessed little chocolate flavor. We saw some other items we want to try, but without a more favorable impression one more visit will be our last.

Loved the atmosphere, beyond the lighting that was a bit too bright. Loved the food. Service was good. Loved the BYOB aspect, as I was able to bring a bottle of wine that cost me $17 that most restaurants would charge $40 for.
