We had the prime rib special, served only on Thursday, which was $21.00 a plate. We had asked for 2 medium rare cuts, but actually got medium to medium well. We didn't complain to the staff since the prime rib was still very tasty, and we were given a good size slice of meat.

Service was spotty. Restaurant was empty but service was slow and not attentive.
Fish was burned the first time. Sent it back to the kitchen. It was then a bit under-cooked. Chef needs to learn to cook seafood properly. Ravioli was over salted. Kale was undercooked.
I've eaten here several times but it has gone downhill.

The restaurant was not crowded and the service was slow and lacking. Mushroom soup was bland and ribeye was tough and fatty. Had a feeling it was going tone a bad night when we found a cracked wine glass at our table.

The restaurant charged a mandatory 18% tip, said it was on the certificate. That condition was NOT on the certificate, but I didn't make a big deal about it. Felt like that was an imposition; only 2 people dined. It wasn't a big party.

Cold in restaurant and heat had to be turned up...not much "atmosphere." Steak not prepared right so had to send it back...after hunting down waiter who was not around. We were not offered coffee or dessert and we were celebrating our anniversary so it didn't end as expected. Overpriced...

I think this restaurant would be perfect if it had more ambiance. Lower lighting ,candles on tables and maybe some music. Although we were there early ,but I couldn't help but think ,would be so nice if it didn't feel like I was walking into a conference room that served food,but otherwise good

Great meal, top-notch service by one person who did it all. A bit pricey for Milpitas, so the discount from the restaurant.com certificate worked out well.

Overall it was a very pleasant experience. The service was very good. The food was delicious. We would definitely come back to this restaurant again and recommend to our friends and family.

The restaurants.com experience was very good, It would have been nice to combine more than one $25 gift card to get a $50 certificate so we could have invited some friends to join us. All in all i would do tis again in the next few months. The food was great and the service was OK. Because there is a gauranteed 18% I don't think we saw the waiter as often as we normaly would have, but it was still good service. The food was excellent.

We have stayed at the Beverly Herritage hotel many times and have always wanted to eat here.

We had a party of 5
Sunday at 5 p m we had to eat in the bar and had to push two round tables together and they were not the same level.
It was a terrible experience for a dinner and wine that came to a total of $288.00.

atmosphere and service just don't match the prices. 2 $20ish entrees, 2 salads, and 2 beverages for $91!!! A little excessive.

The food was okay. It wasn't flavorful enough. I ordered "supposedly" the best dish but it wasn't that great.

only 1 server. never came back to check on us after meal was served. i would've liked lemons and tartar sauce. He returned just to bring the check and offer dessert. the salmon was boring. mushroom soup was good. bread was great.
