There are plenty of Indian restaurants in our area. Bukhara is consistent with excellent food, quick service and a staff that cares.

There are a couple of nice and friendly people working at the restaurant, and they treat us very well. Their food is good, but how we get treated at the restaurant makes dinning experience completely different.

The tables are cramped too close together, but if you don't mind the closeness, it is a good choice (and the weekday buffet is also great)

There is less room at some sitting arrangements and makes it little bit uncomfortable specially when you have large food to place on table.

The food was great (we ordered 4 different entrees, and all were great). We went for dinner, and after our meal we were given hot towels to freshen up, which was delightful. Our server was a bit hands-off and we didn't see him very often. We had told a busser that we wanted to order drinks, and I watched him tell our server, who never came back to our table (the entire night, actually, until he brought our check). I had to ask who I assume was the manager, and he took our drink order.

The server forgot about us after the main course. Waited 25 min after finishing meal to order desert, then waited another 15 min AFTER finishing dessert to get tea. I felt the service was worse because of the coupon

Food was not as tasty as it used to be. Naan bread was very oily.

lots of people working in the dining room but no one really "owned" our table so it was awkward to order or know who to ask for something. We waited a long time to place our order but then it came reasonably quickly. Also, the wine we ordered had a "broken cork" and we had to select something else. When we did the brought us the wrong one and opened it before showing it to us, but they were more than happy to bring us the correct bottle when we noticed it.

The way this certificate is processed on the bill makes it difficult to understand. Would be good to have a subtotal, then a deduction of the certificate amount and then a total balance (this would also make leaving the additional 2% to make 20% for a tip easier to figure out).

We had in-laws visit, and had a great dinner at Bukhara. We were lucky to have a very good server, who is professional and has been very friendly to us. Their service has been good as well as the quality of their food.

We had a great time at Bukhara! The waiter we had a bit problem with was not a problem at all today. He was what we expected. Only the problem we had today was that they delivered the entree while we were eating appetizer. That ended up making the table so crowded and made the entree cold before we started. Otherwise, everything was good,
