Highlights

Located downtown across from the Historic Fox Theater, the inspiration for the menu is reminiscent of foods and specialties found along the Mediterranean as well as a few creations of our own. We try hard to allow the ingredients speak for themselves. Travel with us and taste foods that will excite your taste buds. Relax with good food, wine and friends and take a trip with us. Bon Apetitio. Recently the menu has gone through a metamorphosis with the inclusion of Spanish-style Tapas - small plate starters that will liven up and start the meal with style - followed by a wide array of pastas, salads, rotisserie meats, poultry, grilled seafood and steaks plus pizzas, sandwiches and a kids menu. Our wines and beer selections are extensive and worldly. To end the meal we have a nice selection of home made desserts. This means we actually bake and assemble our cakes and desserts at the cafe.

Rated 2 out of 5 by The only reason I didn't say good or excellent was because my chicken Marsala came out half raw, like not just a little bit still sections of clear meat, and they made no offer to at least partially comp the dish. I'm sorry but massively undercooked chicken is dangerous, it's not some little oops. Also she failed to tell my husband that certain fry options cost extra, she just mentioned them all together like it didn't matter which one he chose. Same with the salad for me that was offered like it was included with my meal, when it was extra. So between the two we had a $6 "surprise" on the bill. My dish had the option of coming with either polenta or pasta, which she forgot to ask which I wanted, fortunately it came with pasta which is what I would have asked for. She was extremely nice, but a far cry from an experienced waiter who should have clearly listed the price of extras, not to mention partially or fully comped the raw chicken Marsala. However we've been coming here for years and this is the very first bad experience. Normally the place is excellent. Dec 31, 2014

Rated 4 out of 5 by The chips in the appetizer were stale. By the time the server brought new chips dinner was over. The server was poor. Forgot to bring us water. Never checked on us to see what we needed. Dec 6, 2014

Rated 4 out of 5 by I felt the artichoke & cheese fritters were overcooked (tasted burnt) and the bread before was borderline stale. However, my husband and dad's meals were excellent. Nov 22, 2014
