You need to make any special requests extremely clear. I asked for a breakfast wrap, but requested that they NOT include the jalapenos. It arrived with jalapenos, so I brought it back up to the counter and was told that he used "pickled jalapenos" instead! I had questioned whether every single item I was considering was spicy so it should have been clear that I wouldn't want pickled jalapenos either. They were very gracious about taking it back and making it again without the jalapenos, and it was very good.
