Highlights

Catch Twenty-Three, a stylish seafood restaurant that infuses its creativity with flavorful Latin and Caribbean influences served up in a casual, upscale setting. Island music is carried by cool breezes throughout the restaurant, which has the look and the feel of a tropical resort dining room. Mouth watering aromas emanate from the pecan wood grill such as the Certified Fresh Seafood, Certified Angus Beef, or Cuban Style Baby Back Ribs. The original recipes were developed by our concept Chef Will Greenwood.

Catch Twenty-Three was founded by Rob Wickner on September 18, 2002. Rob's formula for success has been on the basis of starting with quality food, taking a simplistic approach in preparation, and delivering it to our guest with an appealing presentation. This formula has been very successful for the restaurant, resulting with strong guest loyalty that has been building ever since.

Catch Twenty-Three, located in West Park Village in the community of Westchase, offers catches of the day featuring 'Certified Fresh Seafood' with a twist of Caribbean/Latin fusion cuisine such as a creamy garlic butter cilantro sauce or a spicy mango salsa. We also offer booths and tables, separate lounge, outside seating, open hearth kitchen, full bar and wine list, online or call ahead reservations, children's menu, wheelchair accessible, and most of all, excellent dining for a moderate price.

Friday evenings at Catch Twenty-Three celebrate each weekend with live Caribbean music from the outside patio where guests can choose to drink, dine socialize and relax.

From incredible fresh seafood to tender aged steak, Catch Twenty-Three offers the best fine dining with a friendly, relaxed atmosphere second to none in the Tampa - Westchase area.

Rated 5 out of 5 by We usually spend a lot more money but we were with friends that didn't want to do appetizers or desert because they were on diets. There isn't a bad meal a meal on the menu! Jun 23, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Our server Christian was very attentive. The food is consistently good. Great selections though on this new menu there are many "typos" and that does not fit this nice of a restaurant so I hope they fix them soon. Jun 14, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Brandon - our server - was excellent. The quality of the food was really good. We loved the cuban quesadilla A LOT!The one thing we wish is that there was more selection of sauvignon blanc wines - very limited. May 30, 2014

Rated 4 out of 5 by food was good service nice but noise level was so bad we could not hold a conversation over dinner May 11, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by I spoke to management. For a hamburger, Catch 23 is OK. For a great special dinner - never again. I ordered the lobster tails - a special treat using this coupon. The frozen tail were OK. The dipping butter was old and smelled like the refrigerator. They replaced it with freshly melted butter - so much better. And the Broccoli - you would expect more with a $28. meal. The rice was just plain old white rice plopped on the plate. The broccoli was 1950 style - on whole stalk to fill the plate. The tops were almost tender but the stalks ( which filled the plate) were raw. It's such a shame - with a little tweaking this could be a decent restarant for more than just hamburgers. I think they just want Happy Hour people. It's a noisy restaurant inside. May 9, 2014
