They got our order wrong because waitress was not paying attention and really too slow for lunchtime service, being that restaurant was empty. 4/10/2013 8:05:29 PM

Waiter was vg and food was vg 11/29/2012 6:04:48 AM
The roasted duck breast could need some marination to add some taste. The seafood was good though. 8/22/2012 9:39:58 PM
It was all wonderful until the waiter got snippy when we presented the coupon. He insisted that we could not use the coupons on the weekends and ARGUED with me in front of our GUEST when I said, VERY nicely it was NOT stated in the fine print or on the coupon. 8/14/2012 9:48:52 AM
I think I am in a bad mood so that is why my rating is neutral. My waitress did not know enough about the dish I asked about. When it was time to get my bill it took forever 8/3/2012 1:32:58 PM
We love it! 6/26/2012 6:36:50 PM
Food was great, tasty, moist and tender, a bit tad salty for me... I have to be careful with my salt intake. Dessert was delicious, and light. 5/28/2012 1:04:54 PM

Highlights

Cercle Rouge, Georges Forgeois' most recent addition to his family of intriguing French bistros. Faithful to tradition, but also delivering the class and comfort New Yorkers have always demanded, Cercle Rouge offers classic bistro dishes in a gorgeously designed setting imbued with more than a touch of the real France. It is a truly authentic dining experience.

Georges' personal touch and tireless devotion to all of his establishments has made veritable institutions of his previous ventures: Jules Bistro on St. Marks Place, the pioneering Cafe Noir in Soho, Le Singe Vert in Chelsea, and the ever-lively Bar Tabac on Smith Street in Carrol Gardens, Brooklyn.

Like its sister restaurants, Cercle Rouge is making its mark in the neighborhood, pleasing locals and visitors alike in booming Tribeca.

The charming and spacious outdoor terrace seats thirty. A pleasant outpost where diners and drinkers nestle amongst flower boxes and take in spectacular urban sunsets - with the cast-iron canyon of North Moore framing an uninterrupted view of the hills across the Hudson River, a lone New Jersey skyscraper yardsticking the falling of the sun.
