It was very nice but not what the website promised. We were lead to believe from the website that there would be entertainment and a party atmosphere, but it was just a place to eat.

The food was good, but an ordinary hamburger with french fries was just too expensive.

wings/appetizer not prepared as described in menu. Chef came to table to explain but to complain that we ate 2 wings before sending it back. My Girlfriend and I tried one each and realized waht was missing. main dish was warm temperature almost cold. chef was rude in his explanation. total dissapointment

Best dining experience my wife and I have had in a while. The staff was extremely friendly (accents were a little hard to understand, but did not take away from the experience), the food was amazing. We had the Seafood Fettucini and the Skirt Steak and were both commenting the whole time how wonderful they were. The seafood dish had extremely fresh seafood and the skirt steak was perfectly cooked and tender, and had a great yucca mashed potato. We aren't from Miami (Ft. Myers) but would eat here again if given the chance or recommend it to our friends in the future!

Met the owner of the Hotel - Brian - who was a wonderful person and made sure our experience was excellent. One of the truly great places to stay in South Beach.

Cha Cha Rooster came highly recommended by a friend; however, we were frankly displeased with our dining experience at Cha Cha Rooster. The food arrived cold, had little to no flavor and the server, while very nice, seemed completely disorganized and unable to honor our requests without our repeating them over and over. We would not return to this restaurant nor recommend it to our friends and colleagues.
