We had a reservation and we were seated as soon as we got there - no wait time. Service and food both were excellent !

We had a great dining experience at The Charlotte Tavern. The whole staff worked together as a team and made us feel very welcome. From the friendly greeting of the Hostess to the servers working together on each others stations to make sure everyone had a wonderful dining experience. All of the food taste wonderful from the appetizers right through our dessert.

I have been to Charlotte Tavern a few times and have always had a Wonderful experience and last night was no different.
I had the Lobster French (which I have never even heard of) and it was absolutely GREAT.
The portion was generous and just excellent and the presentation could not be better.
There certainly are a gracious and very wonderful servers and staff there,
I look forward to enjoy another meal perhaps as soon as next week
This time I am going to try there 32oz Porterhouse, which I am sure I will have to take at least half home.
Oh yes, there portions are unbelievable and the quality is outstanding.
I will be introducing many of my friends there.
It is a little wonder that they have been there since 1873 with such a staff and food style.

My boyfriend and I have gone to Charlotte Tavern a few times and every time we go we have a great experience. Great service and delicious food.

Amazing food. Don't let the tavern name chase you away it is NYC style food. Unbelievable tuna steak and my friends shrimp dish was delish! They create dishes I have never tasted before and I go alot of places!

My prime rib was cooked to perfection, I like it just above a MOO, and with the "charlotte seasoning" was excellent with just a touch of heat on the ack of your tounge.....sevice was excellent, my wife greatly enjoyed her dinner also

when I received my side order of mac. and sauce they did not tell me there was a charge of $1.oo for extra....they should tell you that when u ask for more sauce or whatever....it was not enough sauce in the first place...

There wasn't enough sauce on the eggplant parmesan. Parmesan cheese wasn't served until we were done with the meal.

The burgers at the Tavern are SUPER!!! . The meat was done just right and the "char" is tasty. We have eaten here before because of the burgers and fish fry.
