The food was fresh and better than we had even hoped for. Our server, Chareese was so very good. We ordered alot of appetizers to get the feel of the place. Way good. The fried crab was especially good. The conch as fresh as it could be, the beans & rice, so nice. Even the steaamed cabbage was jazzed up just right. WARNING careful with the HOT STUFF, they aren't kidding. We just had a blast here and look forward to going back. Oh yeah last thing, the front and the side doors are locked, the entrance is in the back. We would of left if the friendly fish delivery guy hadn't told us to "go round back". It was worth it. Can't wait to go back and get the T-shirt. It reads "CONCH, THE OTHER WHITE MEAT".

The food was great. Many thanks to server Jessie. After a long day at work she accomodated my request for take out instead of dine in. It's a pleasure to interact with someone who knows the true meaning of customer service.

the server was so nice and she made us want to come back and we will. i would like to say that the rice really smelled like cigarettes very bad and the potato salad had no taste but the rest of the food was excellent.4/7/2013 around 1 o'clock the service was the best

I really enjoy the food at Conch Heaven. It's absolutely delicious and authentic Bahamian flavor. They always give you an ample amount of conch, on every entree. We've visited many other restaurants and had their conch dishes
which always lacked flavor and conch. Thank Heaven, for Conch Heaven!!! It's worth the drive.

Extremely SLOW service. I sat in the dining room for over an hour waiting for my meal. Several tables were seated and served as I waited. After about 45 minutes the waitress brought me someone else's meal. She then removed the plate and asked me my order. WHAT??????? It is obvious she had not placed my order. I waited another 20 minutes before my food arrived. At that point, I HAD to take my food and return to work (Miami Dade College). However, I could not leave at that time because she walked around the dining room and kitchen for another 15 minutes with my check and cash! All in all the service was HORRIBLE and the food was "okay". I will not return and I will not recommend this restaurant to anyone. I would suggest anyone wanting conch or seafood go to Shakers on Northwest 22nd Avenue near 103rd Street. The service is excellent, you receive your food quickly, and the FOOD is DELICIOUS, unlike Conch Heaven. Moreover, I now know why no one at the college ever recommend that we go to Conch Heaven for LUNCH!!!!!!!!!

Good food. Good portion size. However, the 18% gratuity charge was outrageous for a Take-out order and ate into my Restaurant.com savings. Left a bad taste in my mouth.
