The service at this restaurant was poor. Apparently she was new but had no trainer there to help her. The cook time for food and drinks to reach us was terrible. Our planned hour visit turned into two . . . our server had poor knowledge of the drinks and menu. The manager on duty charged me gratuity when it should not have been and then really and truly did not seem sorry when I confronted her about our POOR experience.
