Service was super-duper slow. Took forever to get food...and there was only one other family sitting at a table in the restaurant. I would hate to see what the service would be like if the restaurant were full.

We were greeted by a friendly staff at the front door, who made us feel welcome. Our waiter was attentive, funny and went out of his way to make our dining experience great. The atmosphere was very stimulating with the live band and generally lively crowd.

Food did not arrive at the same time. Mis- charges on the receipt, but that was fixed.

Variety of food choices. Thought more music would be heard instead of eating at sports bar.

The food was overpriced for what we got. Three tiny Shrimp tacos were like a small appetizer, came only with a spoon of pico d gallo. Taste was just ok. The Lobster Mac & Cheese tasted good but only a few tiny bits of lobster. Nothing special for a bowl of macaroni that cost $19.99.

We were seated at 7:15 pm and place our order at 7:30 p.m.We brought our friends with us. We had separate checks. Our friend order a steak medium. Our food was brought out at 8:15 p.m. We only had 15 minutes eat before our show. Our freinds steak was rare and he couldn't eat 1/4 of it since it was so rare in that section. My burger was overcooked and my fries were not hot. I probably would not come back except for the fact that I have eaten here before and have enjoyed it. It did not make a good first impression on my friends. They were excited to try the restaurant, so that is too bad.

Waited 20 minutes with no server to take our order after the drinks. We were trying to get to a concert, and it was frustrating that we still had to tip 18% when he didn't do his job as a waiter.

My server Chip was great he gave good suggestions on what appetizers to try and was honest when he didnt think things were a good choice. I had a good experience very nice setting and food was great! I loved the lobster mac and cheese.

After the mandatory addition of 18% gratuity,the savings amounted to less than $8 on a $25 certificate. However, any savings is better than none. Nice restaurant.

We enjoyed our visit very much. Not busy at the time we were there and that made it more enjoyable for me. Jonathan, our server, was excellent. The bread pudding is awesome!

I purchased the certificate under the House of blues name. At the time of purchase, the food selection was TOTALLY different and I enjoyed it. I arrived and was hesitant to order from the new menu because nothing looked appealing nor appetizing. The price point is tooo expensive for the quality of food we were served. I am not sure how receptive other customers have been to the recent menu change,but everyone in my party was HIGHLY DISSAPPOINTED today. We will not return to the HOUSE OF BLUES. If I could, I would request a refund. Just think I paid 10.00 required gratuity for food I did enjoy nor finish.

Wait staff was very poor. Did not refill drinks and did not explain or address why food was late. Staff was ignoring our table.

I now know why the restaurant is not filled during the peak lunch hour with tons of offices around it. It is because the food come out slow and there is not enough server even for a small crowd. It is a shame that a good restaurant like this could not capitalize on the office lunch crowd.

The baby back ribs are delicious. The Yukon mashed potatoes were also great even without the cheese and bacon toppings.
