My wife and myself have been to the House of Blues at this location a few times before and enjoyed the experience. The food was good and the atmosphere was really nice. My wife and I attended the restaurant on this past Saturday along with 4 other friends by my suggestion. The reason for this visit was one of our friends birthday. Sad to say I was embarrassed and disappointed at the poor food preparation and service we received. Mostly I was upset that the birthday girl along with the rest of the guest did not enjoy their 1st visit to the Crossroads at the House of Blues and plan not to return. 12/5/2011 7:04:56 AM
Was not impressed with this restaurant. The service was poor. The waiter took long to serve us and to bring out the check. I asked specifically not to add sausage to my dish, and it came out with sausage in my dish. Overall, I do not plan to visit this restaurant again. 11/11/2011 10:36:51 AM
The buttermilk fried chicken was pretty greasy. There should be a side dish offered with the shrimp & grits...it was more like an appetizer. I left still feeling hungry. 10/25/2011 2:51:54 PM
They were out of NY STRIP steaks and flatbread. the service was slow & they were not busy at all. They charged $5.99 for 6 ounces of mac n cheese, it was ridiculous. We were there for the O.A.R. concert 10/17/2011 8:28:05 AM
I did not like the flavor of the Yummy Chicken. My Husband had fish that was undercooked with potatoes that were not hot. The street tacos appetizer was dry. overall very disappointed. Would not return. 10/16/2011 4:31:52 PM
The food is overpriced, but in order to be there in time for the shows, we end up eating there. 10/4/2011 1:36:59 PM
Food was good, but portion of the main entre small. 9/26/2011 12:16:46 PM
Be careful, "house margaritas" are a whopping $8 each, and if you don't say "house" they will bring you a top shelf and charge you more. 9/16/2011 9:37:57 AM
Great Atmoshpere, food quality is just OK. 9/6/2011 1:32:26 PM
The food was excellent and the service was good also. There were 25 Ladies at the Restaurant during our monthly luncheon out with the Retired Post Office Ladies named Ladies of Leisure 9/4/2011 3:59:29 AM
It was a very enjoyable and pleasant lunch. Our server was extremely efficient and continously made sure we were ok. 9/3/2011 11:37:28 AM
The calamari was excellent a little spicy but I like it like that. Loved the chicken quesadia. 9/1/2011 8:11:39 AM
KUDOS TO THE STAFF THAT WAS AVAILABLE TO SERVE US....WE WILL RETURN 8/26/2011 7:06:28 PM
The waiter was not very good. He left us waiting for 10 minutes before taking our drink order then we watied almost an hour for 3 meals (burgers). When he brought us the ticket, he charged for the gratiuty twice so he got a 36% tip and didn't change it before he charge my credit card. Doubtful that we will eat here again when there are 2 other restaurants really close by. 8/21/2011 4:33:54 PM
Portions were small, I left hungry after ordering an $18.00 entree and glass of wine. 8/18/2011 8:38:32 AM
