Very pricey, 3 meals with no alcohol was over $100.00, the Restaurant.com coupon brought it to just over $50 and $70 with tip, (I tip on entire bill before coupon is applied). Service was very good but not great. At the early evening hour, there was an insufficient wait staff to accommodate restaurant and patio guests. Our waitress was very pleasant but had to split her time too much between areas that are entirely out of sight of one another so there was a sense of inattentiveness, having to wait longer than necessary to even relay a request for small accommodations. I would return but I would be more prepared next time for the sticker shock of the menu, $40.00 for a Fillet or Rib-Eye, $25-$30 for a basic pasta dish. 5/16/2013 6:10:48 AM
great chef! Professionally presented and prepared to a high degree. 5/15/2013 12:10:06 PM
The food was excellent. We had calamari and veal . 5/12/2013 2:10:41 PM
Food was very good but not the best in town. I still think the Roma is tops. Service was poor and the waitress had an attitude. 5/12/2013 6:04:10 AM
Elegant dining experience with good food and wine, enjoy! 4/22/2013 10:03:21 AM
Our waitress Kathy was wonderful! 4/13/2013 2:29:08 PM
VERY poor dining experience. Food was cold. After to long a wait for our server to come back was offer to reheat plates. Too little TOO late. After a longer period of time an older gentleman in a jogging suit (not sure if he was the owner or the parking valet, he never introduced himself)asked us how our diner was. We told him it was cold. He offered to reheat. At this point we were done eating and ready to go. They just didn't get it! $156.00 for just 3 entrees, a lower priced bottle of wine, 2 cocktails and a ceasar salad. They should of comped a desert or a drink or ... We weren't looking for something for free just something to tell us our business is important to them and to make us want to return and give them another shot. Food quality was good (not great) as well as the service, good (not great-we were there soon after they opened, well before the dinner rush),but extremely small portions for the price. Very poor dining experience with even poorer customer service. 4/12/2013 4:08:31 PM
Looked forward to trying this restaurant for a very long time. We were there soon after they opened on a Thursday on the way to a Wings game. Hugely disappointed. Both our pasta entree's were cold as well as the pasta side that came with my veal entree. When we told the waitress, after she finally came back to check on us after a long period of time, she offered to reheat. Keep in mind that they were not busy yet or understaffed because this was early in their day before the dinner rush. Too little TOO late. She apologized for the cook not being their usual cook but was normally the "side chef". A while later an older gentleman in a jogging suit came to the table and asked how our meal was, (I'm thinking it possibly could of been the owner that the waitress may of sent over but not sure if he was the owner or the valet, he never introduced himself), and we told him we were disappointed. He too offered to reheat. At this point we were done eating and ready to leave. The veal Picatta was good (not great) but was more like a Marsala than a Picatta and was the smallest portion I have ever gotten served. (Comparing to Luciano's, Andiamo's, Luigi's to name a few). Thought $85.00 (without the price of a $50.00 bottle of wine and 2 $7.00 cocktails. Total bill=$156.00 without tip) for a penne entree, a cannelloni entree, a veal Picatta and a chicken ceasar salad was excessive for quality and quantity of food. I know we were there on a coupon, but I think that as an owner of a business I would of done something to hopefully have us come back for another try. (Possibly a free dessert, half off an entree, a free drink ...after all the total bill before coupon and tip was still $156.00). We weren't looking for anything for free but just a nice dinning experience. Totally disappointed with the whole dining experience but especially with the customer service! CASH ONLY! 4/12/2013 4:03:59 PM
Always good service, excellent food, nice atmosphere. Only thing is the waitress forgot to take the $50 off the bill at first. 4/7/2013 10:24:49 PM
Food is great 3/28/2013 8:08:00 AM
food, and service was excellent 3/17/2013 10:25:21 AM
Waitstaff is excellent, food is always delicious. 3/13/2013 6:02:57 AM
The only thing and it is a big thing is that our food was barely lukewarm. My entree was $27 and it was a nice piece of fish, however it was just barely warm. My husband got canneloni and it had good flavor yet was even colder than mine. Seems like a pretty essential thing to get right for a place that has been around so many years. 3/3/2013 10:06:47 AM
Steak Diane is usuually awesome but was very chewy this time. 2/25/2013 10:17:24 AM
