Great food, awesome food, and great crowd for a Hawks game! 3/3/2013 6:06:26 PM
It was very loud in there at times 2/23/2013 10:04:38 PM
Disappointed with the food 10/30/2012 4:33:43 AM
The waitress was very friendly and attentive to our needs. 6/20/2012 10:55:44 AM
Its a loud bar, with a good bear selection, but more a bar than a restaurant. The food we ordered was good enough, but not as good as its descriptions on the menu. 5/3/2012 9:38:47 PM
I live nearby and pass by it all of the time! I've only been to Division Ale House once before. Thank you. 4/7/2012 11:30:28 AM
Service and food were excellent. I would visit here again and would definitely recommend it. 3/12/2012 8:00:27 AM
Great place for drinks and appetizers. I wasn't a fan of the meat they used for their burgers and the banger steal meal was not good. However we had the Irish Nachos and Wings and they were both very good. They had a live band on Wednesday night, and they were pretty good. Great time. 3/1/2012 8:21:38 AM
i know it from walking by in the neighborhood. had irish breakfast there a while ago, which was tasty. wasn't blown away by the curry fries tonight, but good beer selection. i'd come back for more beer and food, but i'm a little scared by all the tv's, and wonder if it's geared towards the younger college crowd. guy next to me had the hanger steak, and the onions and such smelled extremely tantalizing. 12/16/2011 9:38:28 PM
Very overpriced and not kid friendly. Need a children's menu. 11/8/2011 10:37:28 AM
Great food, great atmosphere. Glad they have restaurant.com certificates 9/22/2011 9:03:39 PM
great staff, beer and food! 9/8/2011 4:16:22 PM
I really like Division Ale House - I used to live down the block, but now I live out of town. Everything was great. 9/6/2011 1:26:38 PM
I really like the atmosphere and their tower's are awesome. The food was good too. 8/8/2011 9:24:56 AM
a friend recommended it and i'm glad she did. food was great. my only problem was with the bread pudding. it was a little dense, like it needed to be made with a lighter bread or it needed to be soaked a bit longer. flavor was good, it was just a bit heavy for bread pudding. peanut butter jelly ice cream was tasty, though. mac and cheese + reuben were AWESOME. 7/27/2011 9:49:22 PM

Highlights

Established in 2009 at 1942 West Division Street in Wicker park, Division Ale House is a neighborhood Irish bar & grill. We feature a vintage Irish-inspired decor, a menu loaded with Irish faves, fourteen premium draft beers consisting of craft beers and imports, a special shots menu and a whisky menu. Some of our specialties are Black and Tan Mac'n Cheese, Fish & Chips and our 80 ounce Beer Towers! There is always something fun to do here: you can catch your team on one of our eighty-inch flat-screen TVs, have weekend brunch, grab a pint of Boddingtons, put your favorite song on the jukebox and play darts or boardgames by the fireplace. So what is the Beer Tower?

These 80-ounce monster beer pitchers are portable tabletop taps fitted with an interior ice cylinder so the brew stays fresh and frosty - perfect for sweltering days on the 40-seat sidewalk cafe or cool winter nights in front of our fireplace. Hope to see you and your family/friends real soon!!
