Rated 3 out of 5 by The server was nice enough but the food was just not good. Our pasta was flavorless and the kids meals pizza and grilled cheese also were subpar. I know it's a hotel but the prices were out of line for that food. Jan 10, 2015
Rated 2 out of 5 by When I spend this kind of money I expect great coffee. This was some of the WORST coffee I have had in a LONG TIME and I paid $3.59 for it Dec 29, 2014

Rated 4 out of 5 by We chose the breakfast buffet for $14.95. That include beverages and you could order made to order omelettes, pancakes, and waffles. Excellent service as there were only a few tables seated at 9 AM. Dec 21, 2014

Rated 2 out of 5 by This was our second visit to the Dover, the food and service the first time was much better than this time. Our first time was this last winter closer to dinner time so the restaurant was fairly busy. The food and service were excellent. This time however the food was just mediocre. We ordered the frizzled onions as an app, they were very crispy and the sweet chili sauce is amazing this was probably the best part of our meal as it went downhill from there. My son ordered the bison burger but was not asked how he liked it cooked, it was brought out well done and a bit on the dry side, the french fires were very good, well seasoned and crispy. I ordered the walleye fingers and chips they were quite disappointing. Very heavy on the batter and hardly any fish inside and only three small fingers in the order. I also expected chips such as waffle fries or jojo style potatoes since it said chips not fries but received fries with it. For dessert we had the flour less chocolate torte. We have had this item at many different restaurants and most are very good. I could not say that about this one, it was so dry that it was difficult to cut and it actually broke off into pieces instead of being able to be cut. Very sad as this day when we went it was about 1:30pm in the afternoon there was one other table occupied when we entered and they left shortly after we arrived. So we were the only onces there but the wait staffs response to us being there was that we were a bother to them and they had other things to do. We did not feel welcomed or wanted in this restaurant and will not be back. We had originally recommended this restaurant to many friends and family after our first visit, sadly we will be revising our recommendation after this visit. Aug 6, 2014
