The building was beautiful, the service was friendly and good and the food was excellent.

Service was very slow. It took 1 hour from the time we were seated until the time our food arrived and they weren't even that busy. We got our soft drinks fairly quick but the glass was full to the top with ice that there was very little pop in it. Our water glasses were refilled with water but our waiter never came to our table to ask if we wanted refills on our sodas.

Sierra made our visit very nice. Menu selection was good. Food was very good. The only complaint was the air freshener in the ladies room...way too strong, especially for those like me with fragrance allergies.

The Baked Potato was overdone, and the stake had more gristle the in the past. Also noted salads no longer come with the meal, but prices are higher

The facility looked poorly maintained and looked shoddy. The carpeting was terribly worn. Several of our party had their meat overdone and one dish was greasy.

Prices went up for less food. They now charge $2.00 for a small salad.

I am impressed with the waitstaff and bartenders and I believe it is the most attractive restaurant in South Bend. The food is reasonable and cooked to perfection. I consider myself a regular although not weekly.

This was our 28th wedding anniversary and our server, Adam, was the same one we had on our 25th. He was excellent then and is even better now. This is an excellent venue with outstanding food and service. Five stars in our book. Keep up the good work.

Service is always exceptional, no matter who our waiter/waitress is. We love the atmosphere at emporium. However, we would like to see more sandwich selections for lunch rather than just the burger. That is really the only sandwich aside from the chicken salad croissant, which not many woudl have a taste for. How about a grilled chicken sandwich? Or some sort of a wrap. The menu is really lacking items like this for lunch. THank you!

Used to live in South Bend and enjoy the Emporium whenever we return. The chicken salad pita is a must.

Just not the same emporium I always looked forward to going to. Food was not up to par as it always had been in the past. Same with their other restaurant doc pierces. I believe they're cutting corners to save money, in doing so losing customers!

the only bad thing I could say is that they don't have the same delicious bread that they used to. They have some small hard rolls now that are no comparison. Other than that, everything was perfect.

The waiter was terrible! He did not seem happy. The sun was shining in my husbands face. We asked him to fix the blinds on the window. He couldn't get them to work. He said there was nothing he could do. Sure was funny there was an empty table not in the sun!! The sun was in my husbands face the entire dinner. We had to flag him down to refill our drinks.
