I had made reservations for a Sunday evening @ 5:30 PM. The table was ready and waiting for us. The waitress was eager to take our order, but we were slow to order because we were talking to much. Once we odered, our meals came quickly. Very delightful atmosphere and we were not rushed to leave. The certificate purchased
made the dinner more enjoyable. Using the

The dinners here are incredibly generous and delicious. The staff is friendly and very gracious. This restaurant has THE best risotto AND the best desserts. The chef, Ashley, is not only creative, but does a marvelous job with the preparation of the meals. She can take great pride in the quality of her selections. Her desserts are absolutely marvelous!!!
We love to take a nice ride from Brecksville out to Eastlake to take have special "treat" at this well kept secret!!!
The wait staff is wonderful and we will definitely keep coming back.

The food was great but more importantly the service was superb. My daughter just graduated from high school and I called and asked if we got there at 9:30 pm would that be ok. Not only were they accommodating but they had a table set up for us in the back of the restaurant. Our server ,I think his name was Jack, couldn't have been nicer. Sometimes when you use a coupon the server seems irritated. This was not the case at all. We have used restaurant.com for Eastside Blvd 4x now. Overall, we love it - the food is excellent all around - delicious and great quality. We like the atmosphere and recommend ESB to our friends and family. This time around, our service was not as stellar - or even acceptable - as in the past. This dinner for 12 of us was a reunion of sorts and we wanted the pace to be a little more slow and controlled. Our server, Sam, seemed in a hurry and some of her comments to us were not professional and embarrassing, even as far as to say, "I'm going to take your drink order now because I need to keep this moving" when we had only been there 25min, it was 6:30, our guests were still coming in and saying hellos to each other, and the restaurant was NOT busy at all. When we asked questions about items on the menu, she could not answer specifics about them, and she did not offer to find out for us...we had to ask. We had to leave our table to find her/her assistant to ask for our drinks to be replenished, were overcharged for several items and felt rushed to leave when the restaurant was still open for another 1 & 1/2 hrs. I had planned this outing for the 12 of us who were together and had not seem each other in a long time and felt disappointed and embarrassed by the service for my fellow friends/family. We have come to Eastside Boulevard many times but we were displeased this time. I tried calling several times beforehand to find out what the specials were but there was no answer. When we arrived, we had to stand and wait for about 10 minutes before anyone came to greet us and take us to our table. We noticed that the menu had changed from the last time we dinned there. Usually the food is very good but this time the pasta we got was very bland and my chicken was completely burnt. I had to use a significant amount of salt and pepper to flavor my meal.
