The music was VERY loud. It was loud enough to make us want to leave. We came to have a romantic dinner for my fiance's birthday and heard this was the place to go. After being there with the amazing view, the music ruined the evening and the food was not good enough to revisit. The server didn't know much about the food selection. My food was cold, the red snapper wasn't cooked to my liking and was still very mucus-y. The empanadas and tomato/basil/mozzarella salad were good.

the service was good , the restaurant is nice, the food has good flavor but the meat was way over cooked i ask for a surf and turf medium rare and it was over well done and the portion very small.

Food was of poor quality, poor presentation and restaurant in located in a holiday inn... I wasn't advised about that on the restaurant.com website.

Santos was our waiter, he was very polite, however he was doing the job of 5 people, so it took over 15 just to order water... The food was poor quality... I was very dissapointed, the bench in the back where we were seated, the fabric was so torn and uncomfortable... We waited forever for our food that was raw and not very good. To our dinner party it was a waste of a night.

A surprisingly fabulous dining experience considering that the place is located in a Holiday Inn and not many locals frequent it. Delicious Cuban fare with a very nice view. My entire family and I give El Mirador a 10!

The meals as described are misleading making you think you are getting one thing, and instead you get another. I thought they were playing a joke on me when they handed me my steak and shrimp that was perfectly fit for a four year old, but with a price that you would think your getting a regular sized meal at least if not more.
