Since they were able to honor beverage sales as part of the $35 minimum, we splurged more that we would have otherwise. In fact, this is why we dined there and were totally satisfied.

Pleasantly surprised. The outside of the restaurant wasn't too attractive, and was hard to find, sitting behind another building, but the decor, service and food was excellent.

Don't let the empty dinner scene scare you away. The food isn't bad. We went with a native Peruvian and I have spent a few weeks there and we both found the experience satisfactory. Nothing special but not sketchy and so worth a try.
