Rated 4 out of 5 by The food is really good, but it has to be time for a remodel. The linoleum floor has never been replaced. Have been going to the restaurant over a 20 year period a few times a year, and the nothing has ever been done to improve the seats or the floor. Dec 14, 2014

Rated 5 out of 5 by Having eaten there many times, can say it is a great deli with great service and exceptional food. Dec 7, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by The food was quite good and I believe for a fair price but the restaurant seemed understaffed and so the service was slow. We mentioned when we first arrived that we had theatre tickets and had to be out of there in 1 hour. Unfortunately, we had to carry 75% of our dinners out in a box. Nov 24, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Large portions with flavor! Dill pickles on table! Nov 24, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Food was good. Atmosphere could use some sprucing up. A good benchmark to use is Milton's in Del Mar. Nov 23, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Waitress was very conscientious about our spending up to $50. Food was good, but needs some refinements. Nov 16, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by We throughly enjoyed the meal and our service - both had the lean corned beef - and used a certificate. Everything went well until we ordered a cappuccino with an extra shot of espresso - their extra shot noted by espresso was $1.25 but when we looked at the bill they charged us $2.75 plus the over $3 for the cappuccino - I pointed this out and they stated it is the way it is - I tried to explain it does not make sense - it is an extra shot not another order - they stated too bad basically - our dear waitress gave us back $1 in cash - not her fault - management error. Will go back for the food (and the waitress) but not for a double shot cappuccino. Nov 11, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Good food and lots of it. Early bird food specials and always reasonable prices. Nov 7, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by Overall the experience was good and I rate because there was gum in our booth which got on my slacks however there was no effort made to help me get it off but the waitress told me to place my slacks in the freezer, we were moved but no compensation was offered or apologize .
