The food was delicious. Fries homemade. Waitress was slow and unattentive to needs. Place echos and was noisy for conversation. Could use some decorating and dining area separations from bar area.

I don't believe the certificate indicated alcoholic beverages were not included in the purchase price.

We usually come here when we want wings - which they are good with a wide selection of sauces. Usually sit at the bar but the bar was filled so we sat at a table. When we got the check it just didn't add up right. It was done on a computer or register so I couldn't understand how it was wrong. The sub-total + tax didn't add up to the total. I had to go find the young waitress and ask her why it didn't add up and she said OH...thats the tip included. I said that's fine because the coupon says 18% will be added but why didn't that say that on the bill?? Actually we would of tipped her more but were ticked the sneaky way she put on the tip.I suggest putting total and then +18% equals...it's not that hard. We will probably come here again but won't sit at a table.

Food was good. We were not told that the gratuity was added to our adjusted check, and if I hadn't noticed this, I might have tipped the server twice. This should have been clearly marked on the check! Also, we were not offered dessert or coffee. At the end of our entree, we were asked will there be anything else?

The service was dismal....The waitress forgot to give us our beverages. After we got our soup, we reminded her about our beverages. She certainly doesn't know to greet customers. We dine out quit often, and this was the first time in a long time that we had to complain about service..We won't return!!!!!

The Service was excellent. The Green Salad was wonderful: fresh and crisp. Food was brought to the table fresh and hot. The Honey Batterd chicken was rated highly by my daughter (Real Chicken on the bone - not just tenders!). The Ravioli was delicious. The Burgers are big, juicy, and delicious. My Chicken & Broccoli Alfredo was good, but the chicken seemed a bit chewy. Dining is casual but clean and tables are spaced nicely. Overall we had a good meal in a nice place. Prices are good in relation to the portions and side dishes included.

The bill included the 18% tip which was noted on the certificate, which is not a problem. BUT the restaurant didnt break out the tip amount. I think that was deceiving as others may not have been aware and could have left 2 tips.

The Atmosphere was cozy and quaint. Very clean and organized.
