Did not have many of the menu items. No desserts were available. But the chicken was EXCELLENT.

John was an excellent waiter and bartender. Very laid back atmosphere with amazing food. Everything on the menu is great especially their famous fried chicken, red beans and rice, and chicken pesto Alfredo panini! I go there at least once a month if not more.

The place is not clean at all,but we read the food was good so we stayed.I did not finish the meal.We used restauant.com in Vegas,Carmel,Napa,Reno,San Francisco,Monterey As well other restauants in New Orleans and many other cities. I have never written a review like this.It's to bad because the waiters was very nice and Tipped her.But my wife and I don't understand how this place stay open or not get shut down.The cooks are kids and don't care.

Took well over an hour to get our food. Was told when the food finally arrived that they were out of the crab cakes that my wife had ordered. We have been traveling to New Orleans for over 10 years, at least twice a year, and this is the worst dinning experience we have had.

Their fried chicken is still great. Nicely smoky red beans. Gumbo is good, but small for the price and came out lukewarm. Service is slow, but they warn you of this.

Waited extremely long for food. Food arrived COLD, haad to wait for meal to be prepared again

My meal was cold. The "pan seared" veal was deep fried. Crab cakes were over seasoned and very deep fried.

After a first magical experience at Fiorella's two years ago, the bloom is (slightly) off the rose. The chicken that I practically dreamed about for two years was sadly too salty this time (new recipe?) and the service, which has character to begin with, was just too spotty and off. But the rest of the food was very, very good, and the place still has that totally chummy, off-beat vibe that will more than likely bring me back again.

Overall, we had a great time. Our waitress, Ashley, was pleasant. The interior is plain and the service slow, but that is not unusual in the quarter. The spinach and artichoke dip appetizer was ok, but the fried chicken, seafood quartet, rice-n-beans, and sauteed vegies were all terrific ... piping hot, freshly cooked, nicely seasoned.

Only people in the restaurant at first and foid took forever, thry were out of gumbo, soup and french fries. When food arrived it was not hot

The fried chicken was delicious. This restaurant was a bargain! We had appetizer and entrees and cocktails and our bill was $63.00! We had 6 in our party. Really good food and excellent prices.

Chicken was fresh and hot, but no seasoning at all! Good portions. Veggie alfredo just average. will not return. Too many other good options in the quarter.
