The size of the salad was small. Service was good but a little slow.

This was a work group outing. We came it at about 12:45 and we were able to be seated quickly. Our order was taken quickly and food came at a very reasonable amount of time. It was not quiet but not too loud to keep us from having conversations at our table.

It's a great place to have cocktails after work and close to all trains and the el. They have great drink and food specials as well as being able to use a restaurant.com coupon in addition to those specials.

Our server, Jennifer, was wonderful! Made suggestions and was great! We all loved our food (steak salad, bacon cheeseburger, salmon sandwich and steak wrap).

The service here was awful. I am so displeased with it. I spent money on 2 of these gift certificates and I am thinking I will just eat my money on the second one. I don't want to return.

Our server Kate is the reason I rated this a "excellent" dining experience. She was well informed not only of the food, but very knowledgeable of all of your beers.

While the server was nice, we had to ask for most things, like water, silverware, the ketchup was empty, etc. She suggested the chef-made black bean veggie burger, which was just okay. It was too mushy, not alot of flavor. Although my friend enjoyed the shrimp po boy sandwich and the tater tots rocked.

Franklin Tap is right outside our office building, and offers a great place for a post-work gathering, with quality food and solid service.

This experience was significantly better than our last dining experience there but could be improved as the service was slow. This time we had a friendly server who was hustling, just too many tables to keep up. Our last experience was significantly overpriced topped off with incredibly rude service and the bartender spraying our table with cleaner without even an apology.
