The rotisserie chicken was wonderful. The cilantro rice was good. The tamale & the sauces must be an aquired taste.

Food was just adequate..very salty and was not really fresh. Chicken was so well done and dry. They charged us $2.25 for 3 small little dinner rolls...

Restaurant is very small and very busy; therefore, it is difficult for the wait staff to be as attentive as a larger restaurant with more staff

Terrible service. Things we requested were not brought by our waitress (drinks, dessert, napkins) and we were not asked how our food was.

AMAZING food! although they were out of a couple of our favorite dishes (fried yuca and cauza), the menu offers enough alternatives and it was a good excuse to try something new!

I had called ahead to check on the hours, and asked if they could feed 9 of us in 1 hours. They said no problem and were ready for us when we came.

The food is OUT OF THIS WORLD! The atmosphere is geared more towards "pick-up," but the smallness is cozy for a couple of people to have a quiet snack or meal. If it's busy, the waitstaff can be a little slow.

The food was excellent! The atmosphere was surprisingly a casual, fast food environment, thus the 4 instead of a 5. The menu has extensive choices, service was great!

Genaro's is great everything is delicious. The Souppp is amazing and the best chicken sandwiches I every had. They also have home made desserts!!

Short staffed. Ink drawing on waitress's hand question of good hand washing. Mischarged the order but after 3 people was able to get corrected. A waitress seated another group and took their order while standing over trash(bottle, napkins from the prior party)-Not as neat- score was 94- I have to question if understaffed this happens what is going on in the kitchen.
The food taste consistent and arrives hot. Our favorite waitress wasn't there and there new faces working. It was an off day and since Genero's is our favorite chix I hope the score goes up and the staff is better trained to handle busy shifts.
