Great setting; host and server are fine. 3 of 4 entrees very good. My "medium rare" prime rib was way overcooked. And should be served with (or offered by server) horseradish and/or au jus on side. Beef should not be overcooked at 6:00 pm; esp. at $29 per cut.

it was one of the best prime rib dinners i have ever had. i also had a great glass of pinot noir, and would love to know the name of it. it was on the regular drink menu.

My daughter ordered beef Wellington medium, but was over cooked. She wouldn't send it back because she felt it was wasting food. I think either the staff shouldn't have asked permission to replace it, just replace it. She felt award about ordering such an expensive dish to have it wasted. I wasn't pleased passing full price for it.
Having said that, the purpose of the visit was to treat a very special 92 yr old getting her confidence back to walk. She asked for a half portion and was accommodated. The manager went out his way to ensure she enjoyed the evening and was safe. We will be call again soon.

The meal and service was terrible after I had referred 6-10 people to the restaurant. I have called them 7 times and just keep getting the run around.I will continue to tell as many people as I can and post something on facebook and any other social media that I can!

Only 2 servers and 1 buser working on a Saturday night. Very SLOW service. The host was great.

My Bake potato was uncooked aspargus tasted like lighter fluid. Tom stopped by to see how we were doing and we needed drinks. he said he couldnt do that but he would get our server. 10 minutes later got our drink server said they were on him for him taking so long. prime rib was good and my wife had the fish that she loved, the couple we were with also had prime rib and steak that was also good but nobody liked the aspargus.just wasnt that great for 143.00 bill . tom the run around guy was very nice. we might be back . we live a mile away

My meal was very tasty and there was more than I could eat. My friends meal the chilean bass was bland. Also I used a $25 gift certificate and the bill was very confusing so I believe I paid more than what was the cost with the $25 off as the gratuity was included but displayed in a way that I truely believe I overpaid.

Excellent. Very quiet dining experience. The food and service was great. We came because of the coupon but now we are going back and purchased now coupons for the restaurant.

The food and wait staff were excellent. Patrick is a great waiter, very friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is lovely. I would definitely recommend The Glengarry Inn to our friends

Portions were small; side items should definitely be bigger; offer two or 3 choices for vegetables; Prime rib and Au Jus came out cold-not even slightly warm. They did rectify the situation for 3 of us and gave each of us free drink. The kitche staff were hollaring out for the waiters when orders were ready-wait staff seem to be rushing around; not relaxing to watch.
We had fun with both Tom's (Dad and son)and the bartender. They made you feel welcomed. Overall not a bad experience but little pricey for amount of food that you get. Also, the music entertainment was really nice-loved sitting by fireplace and listening to it-and watching the game :)

Crab Bisque and herbed bread were great. Excellent Sea Bass. Host and waiters very friendly and helpful. Great entertainment - 60's music.

Excellent waitstaff, huge servings and a wonderful atmosphere. The food was delicious. My husband had a meat dish and I had pasta. Bother were expertly done. Such a great evening!
