The place was empty, but the waitress was very friendly.

The advertising is not appropriate and is less than truthful. This "Bistro" is a part of the Sheraton Hotel. Nowhere does it state this. A little disappointed in the set-up.

The service was horrible. Everything took forever even though there was just 2 other people in the restaurant besides us. The food wasn't all that. We asked for some adjustments to some meals and it wasn't possible because it's "already prepared". Nice place, but too bad of service and the food quality wasn't all that for what they were charging.

The restaurant was empty when we entred and empty when we left which I figured the time had something to do with it. The ambiance was very pleasant. Our server tried to please but poorly trained. The main dish did not come out as we requested (sauce on the side) and sure enough both steaks came drenched in mushroom sauce obscuring a piece of fat from the 8 ounce filet mignon (it was an end tip).

I was not overly impressed with this place. The atmosphere was romantic, although a bit chilly, and that was the highlight of the night. The waiter appeared to be new and did not check up on us at all. In fact, a chef from the kitchen brought us our meal. We asked for no onions, there were lots of them. Our original waiter apparently went home and we then had a waitress. She was much more attentive. The food was average and overpriced. Not a place I would revisit.

The server and busboy were attentive but the service was a little slow considering that the place was not that busy. The menu was fair and the quality of the food was good but I could not say that it was anything special.

servers were very nice... My filet did not come out as ordered... I ordered medium rare and it came out medium well and they had no more filets... They felt bad and did the right thing and offered to take it off the bill, but we said that was OK... and so they brought a glass of wine and another champagne on them...

We went there 3 times before we found anyone in the restaurant. No greeter, no waiter, no customers. I went back into the kitchen to get help.

The Gotham Bistro lacks any ambiance. It is empty at all times. One just loses any desire to have a meal there. If forced to eat there, just order the sandwiches or burgers if you have a restaurant.com coupon.

The food I got tasted as if it had grains of sand in it. Also, the one entree I ordered was the only entree listed under entrees that did not come with a side. This item (the meatballs) needs to be moved to its own section on the menu.

excellent treatment; excellent food. The guy who assited us is a wonderful employed. everityng was very cleaned and on time.

We arrived and there was one other table there with 4 people and our table of 2. Our server was courteous and took our orders, but it took a while to come and so they offered us comp wine which was very thoughtful. Then our app and entrees came. The crab/shrimp app kind of tasted like it was under my expectations from a hotel restaurant, it almost tasted like it was microwaved but I was hungry and will eat anything at that point, it was toasty and warm! Then the entree came and my pasta dish was missing the shrimp add on I requested. I pointed it out to the waiter and said it's no big deal, but they had the bartender send us another round of drinks which was funny and very nice of them. We're not that picky if the waiters there are super nice! The sauce of the basil pasta was really good, just needed some sprinkles of salt and pepper. The dessert hazelnut creme brulee was a bit too sweet and too crunchy on the top layer though, it didn't really taste chef-cooked. Overall I think my experience here was really good becaues of the service, I would come back again to give it another chance because of the employees!

Very friendly staff, excellent and healthful main courses. Very generous side dishes are included. Nice! A good value!
