Staff was great, helpful on food and wine selections... Best fish I've had in a long time!

the fish entree was fixed wrong and my wife had to wait while her fish was cooked like she ordered it.

The staff was very friendly. The Chef came to the table to make sure we enjoyed his cooking. It was early in the evening and for a while we had the place to ourselves. I was worried the food wouldn't be good, but I was pleasantly surprised! It was great.

Everything from the greeting to the last glass of water - everyone was very nice and wonderful.

Was disappointed to see that the Great American Grill was actually just a lobby restaurant in the Hilton. Was expecting a fun cozy "grill" like atmosphere and this place was totally lacking any appeal. We also had to wait an exceptionally long time for our food. Most of us ordered a pasta special entree. The waitress was very nice but the restaurant itself seemed to be a place where hotel guests could get a quick bite without leaving premises.
Probably would not bother to go out of my way to dine there again.

Have always enjoyed our meal there. We have stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in NY and food has always been very good at the Great American Grill.

Our waitress was super friendly & we were her #1 priority and she wanted to make sure we were happy with our visit.

Without our GPS would have been very difficult to find the restaurant's location; restaurant is within a Hilton Garden which is in a business office complex and restaurant signage is poor. Ambiance is lacking for a Hilton restaurant offering a menu in this price range.
