The place is warmly lit by several chandeliers, none of which are alike. Burgundy tablecloths add a slight air of sophistication while the wooden chairs and booths convey a cozy atmosphere, almost like dining in the comfort of your own home. Friendly chatter fills the place and customers seem to recognize familiar faces across tables. Guests stopping by at fellow diners' tables to chat seem to be a norm while some choose to comfortably join friends they may bump into. Customers are always greeted with a friendly smile and a bit of chit chat by any one and sometimes all three of the chef owners Linda, Katie and Vanessa. These three believe that food is what brings people together and thus developed a friendly place where people can dine at ease and enjoy what they create daily for their customers. Their simple menu is well known but what people love most about Gumba's is the surprise of their daily specials, be it a hearty soup, fresh sandwich, scrumptious main course or a decadent dessert.

Rated 5 out of 5 by We had two vegetarian items from the menu ( soup noodles and veggie wrap). Both were excellent. Very reasonably priced. Nice casual atmosphere. We'll be back. Jul 10, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by I ordered a calzone. The dough was raw, the marinara sauce that came on the side was spoiled (there were bubbles popping in it and it tasted sour), and my italian soda was warm and flat. I told the manager about the sauce and asked if he could cook the calzone longer. He gave me a new sauce and assured me it was fresh. He told me the dough was fine and that it was just soggy from the vegetables. I tried it again and I know when the dough is raw and it definitely was. I am 9 months pregnant, so it is really bad for me to have raw dough and I think he should have catered to my wishes regardless if he felt the dough was cooked or not. I asked for more ice and drank my flat italian soda. Jul 4, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by The food was delicious, but the portion sizes were just a little small. It was enough to fill up though. Jun 25, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by The best chicken curry made with high-quality ingredients. Everything else was delicious as well. We'll definitely be back again soon. Jun 22, 2014

Rated 3 out of 5 by Owner gave us a real unpleasant face when we told them we have a certificate we would like to use May 21, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by The restaurant has a pleasant casual atomsphere. Although small, the sitting was comfortable. May 6, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by The fried calamari looked very unappealing, like fried rubber bands, very skinny and the calamari were thin strips and chewy, not tender. The very small container of cocktail sauce was only half full, not enough for two of us. The salad dressing was also skimpy and about 2/3 of the same type of small container. Again, not enough for us and the toppings of our Italian salad (salami, pepperoni, olives, provolone) were also sliced up and skimpy. Tomato slices were ok. The pizza was tasty, but again it seemed like it was just enough to be okay, but not anything I would rave about. The dough was a little too thin for our liking. Apr 22, 2014
