The server was down-to-earth and friendly. She was appropriately attentive without being overbearing. The food tasted great and cooked perfectly! I ordered a hamburger medium rare. At most places, they will still make it medium to medium-well, but these cooks did it exactly right!! Lots of televisions to watch more than one football game while we were there and it was even child friendly for our 2-yr-old who was with us.

The service was terrible. She would rather be outside smoking that waiting on the tables she had. The food was ok. Bathrooms were very messy. I don't know if I would go back.

Hoops has the BEST Black and Blue Burger I've ever had. My husband raves about their wings. With a flat screen at every booth, it's the ultimate sports bar experience. Also, shout out to the cooks for cooking the burgers to the correct specification. My medium rare burger was exactly that (most places don't cook under medium, even if I order it that way).

We were very pleased with the food and the service. A nice casual dinner while on vacation. We go to Michigan yearly so we will return again next year.
