Drinks took to long to get to table. When the food finally came, everything was ready. So the food was cold.. we had a waitress checking on us that was even our waitress.. wouldn't go back.

Food was good. Service was ok. Our waitress started out as 'not good' but ended up good. We had to request a fresh cleaning of our table.

The food was really good. No complaints concerning the food. However, the waitress was really nice, but I had to keep asking her for essential items i.e., napkins, a straw and had to wait on utencils. One good thing is that another waitress overheard me and my party talk about how we were waiting for utencils and offered to get us some. Now I consider that excellent customer service.

The food took longer than expected. I received no syrup with my to-go order. And didnt have what I wanted.

WAS SEATED...WAITED MORE THAN 15 MINUTES FOR SERVICE AND ONLY RECEIVED SERVICE AFTER GOING TO CASHIER. THEN WAITED ANOTHER 20 MINUTES FOR AN ORDER THAT WAS NOT COMPLICATED.
TWO WAITRESSES ON SEPARATE OCCASIONS REACHED OVER THE TABLE TO REFILL BOTTLES OF SYRUP AND THE BADGE OF ONE OF THE SERVERS DIPPED INTO MY ICE TEA.
THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE I EVER HAD AT THAT PARTICULAR IHOP. NOT THE USUAL PEOPLE WHO ARE ALWAYS COURTEOUS AND EFFICIENT.

our waitress was very nice and competent. However, it seems that she had too many tables to take care of. Also, the omelet I asked for had to be returned because it was not correct. Also, I had a coupon and it took sometime for the manager to adjust my bill to reflect the coupon.

Waitress spent more time with a guest that brought their "infant" in than she did with her customers. But then so did the Manager.
