The waiters and waitress are great.

There was a bit of wait time due to the fact that there was only one.server and there was several parties. I've ordered the same food at a different ihop and this specific location was lacking flavor. I was not happy with the meal and I don't like to complain but my meal was not tasty.

The overall experience was good, what made it not excellent was that we had to wait 20 to 40 minutes from the time we arrived til the time we received our food. We spent a total of 1hr and 45 minutes from the time we entered until we left. The waitress was efficient but she was overwhelmed by the high number of customers to servers.

It took a long time for us to get a server to start with drinks and taking our orders.
Soon as she showed up all went well after that the entire time. Nice server

porkchop was horrible and didnt taste fresh but the soup was good and the drinks came late

The meal and service were very good but when paying the check, the manager gave us a very hard time as the computer would not allow us to use a discount coupon and our gift cetrificate, saying there was a $25 limit so wanted us to pay more. We had to ask for the cprporate number before she told us she "let us slide this time but in the future will not be able to". I will not use this IHOP again. We were embarassed and not treated fairly. This was our first experience with restaurant.com, giving us a very poor impression.

I got there around 9:45 PM. The waitress didn't come and introduce herself, get our drinks or even get our order until around 10:10-10:15, when she sat the people in the booth behind us. Basically she kind of forgot about us until she saw us. We weren't ready, so she comes back & takes our order, then a little while later, she takes the next tables. The table next to us came after us and is getting better service than us. The table behind us gets serviced before us. Around 10:30 she comes back and tells me ours were never "put in" or "received". They didn't even comp use for all the trouble and the hassle we had.

The night we went the IHOP was dirty. There was trowup in the entry way and three people where behind the desk one helping a customer the other two (who knows) when we pointed it out the girl about to seat us ( after over 5 minutes) ran off yelling over her shoulder I will get some one to clean that up. All I could think was seat us and then fix it. When seated we had to ask our waiter to clean the table (super sticky, syurp). The floor was a mess and there was a white substance on the seat I was sitting on which my child pointed out half way through our meal.

There was only one other person in the restaurant during dinner service, which should say a lot about this IHOP. The server and hostes were great. However, the food was absotely discusting. For this reason, we will not dine here again. My soup was old and microwaved, my wives steak was fatty and flavorless, and my potatoes were old and wrinkled. And to top it off, the menu is overpriced. I will absolutely not reccomend IHOP to amyone. Sorry, we were very disapointed.

Service was fast. Kind of loud. A local university is near by. Staff and students kind of loud.

steak was over cooked. asked for medium but received well done. ceasar salad was excellent, best croutons i've had in years.

THe service was fast. I suggest that they keep the main condiments on the tables such as tabasco sauce and ketchup..
