Although the staff was courteous and friendly, they were disorganized and had us waiting to order. I finally had to point out to the hostess that another table of diners who were seated after us had their order taken before us. There were less than 15 diners in the restaurant. The wait for food was interminable!

As someone who spends a lot time in the kitchen, its all about the food. and let me tell you the food was excellent, cooked to perfection, I could not have done it better myself. And to describe the service in one word EXCELLENT

It seems that once they saw I had a certificate, half of the dinner entrees were out of stock. Their excuse? They're redoing the menu. When it was time to pay, they didn't believe the $25 certificate only had a $35 minimum purchase and question me 8-10 times and I couldn't retrieve it since it was deleted from my app once used. This was a horrible experience.

Also saw the restaurant represented at Taste of Tampa at the Straz. Seafood appetizer was excellent, but the oriental dough balls were mostly bread - not good. The waiter exchanged the appetizers without complaint and exchanged free of charge. A desert was offered free of charge. We were very happy about the service and will return a result.

Filet was excellent, half our party was very pleased with their food, the other was not so pleased. Salmon overcooked, oversalted. Pizzas were too dry.

All was great except the restaurant was kept uncomfortably cold at 66 degrees. The table next to us also complained of this as well.

Tango Tapas has changed it's name and menu. I was disappointed because we had planned on Tapas and ending up eating a burger. The American/Italian food was great but the wonton soup was less than great.

Tango Tapas no longer exists. It is now an Italian restaurant. The kitchen was open, but the dining area was closed, so they had us sit in the sports bar. The food was okay, but the service was slow.

Excellent service from our server, Latreace. The Chef as well as the Restaurant Manager stopped by our table to check that everything was to our liking & satisfaction. Very impressed.
