Food quality is excellent; always fresh. Never had anything but a great experience at Jade. It's our family favorite!

I would have given a 5 but the order for my daughter's food was not as ordered and they didn't seem to care. I asked for Lo Mein with only baby corn and shrimp. It came with onions, snap peas, and mushrooms. It took her forever to pick everything out of her food. The wait staff were very friendly. Very nice looking men made for nice eye candy. Food was great.

Wonderful sushi and house sake. We had the "cherry blossom" and "rescue" sushi--very fresh and beautiful. The place is simple and modern. It is a little hard to find. You have to go up to the 2nd floor in the Ballantyne breezeway (just under the theater which is on the 3rd level. It is worth while searching.

Food was really good but rice with veggies only had peas and bits of carrot ... Where were the snow peas or chunks of broccoli , just love veggies not just rice.

I was great to witness the different ethnicities at the restaurant: Asians, A young sweet guy with a big smile from Jamaica and a young guy from KY? That was awesome!!!!
