Although I server was literally running in the restaurant, the service was slow (kitchen?) and my son ended up taking his order to go because it had not been made as he ordered. Some of the food was excellent, some not so much. It was disappointing overall.

Vsiting friends from San Diego I haven't seen in 2 years and having been to Jimmy Loves before during the night club, we decided to experience the restaurant and thoroughly enjoyed it

Service was terrible! We went on a Tuesday night and waited over an hour for cold food.
Live music was nice, but I'd never go back for food - only drinks.

Second survey for same experience. They also charges us a manditory 18% gratuity which is not a stipulation of the certificate. At that point we were so annoyed by the poor service we overlooked it......... Geez, how frusterating.

Good food but terrible service. It was like our server was in outer space the entire experience. Multiple errors and needs to remind her of our requests. A complete contrast to previous experiences.

Took awhile for the order to arrive. Very few people when I arrived, but place filled up within 15 min and the kitchen and wait staff got slammed.

The restaurant is so cozy. We were there on a Saturday and the band playing that night was great - 80s music! Vibe in the restaurant was great.

Great shrimp, prime rib, and pork tenderloins. The host and hostess were also very attentive.

We have eaten here several times, but it seems the last few times the service has gone down hill. Prior to this visit we walked in, sat and sat and sat...many servers walked by but no one greeted us or even looked our way. Mneedless to say we walked out. This last visit was to give Jimmy's one last chance...still not a good experience but we stuck it out to get rid of a Restaurant.com certificate.
