There was no ketchup for the children's French fries/hot dog & this was informed to us after the children got there meal.

They charged different prices on multiple items on our bill then were stated on the menue.

Parking is made easy because Jose's has a parking lot next to the restaurant. We walked in the door and were greeted with warm smiles and were seated immediately. The free salsa and chips were so fresh and tasty. Our entrees and margaritas were excellent and very fairly priced. Our server was a breath of fresh air; attentive, polite, friendly, appreciative of our business. The atmosphere of Jose's is fun, colorful, authentic, and comfortable. Jose's does everything right!

Jose's is my favorite restaurant, though on this particular evening my friends and I felt the music was too loud. It was crowded and with the music blaring it was harder to talk than usual. Food was great, as usual.
