It's a local diner, nothing special, but fine. The service is always very good. The prices, usually a bit high, were just fine with the coupon, which they readily accepted.

I would describe it as a grease joint. Of the many diners Ihave dined in, this would be near the bottom of the list.

I loved the food and the service; didn't see the waiter thanking for the tip that much for a long time.

It's a classic diner. Classic diner food. If I were staying in a hotel nearby, I would go here for bfast or lunch, not expecting a major dining event.
We were going to something nearby and wasn't feeling a need for a 'dining experience.' And it had been ages since we hit up a diner. Was fine for our expectations.
They were putting up their holiday decorations. Thought it was funny since the tree lighting at Rock Ctr was taking place, simultaneously.
Server was sweet. Owner was nice. Will be back again if we are in the area and looking for diner grub.

There is nothing remotely parisenne about this food establishment, the food quality is a step up above edible. The jalapeno poppers arrived frozen in the middle. Save your money,eat elsewhere.

The food was fine and the service was okay (I was there for lunch), but the management did not want to accept the Restaurant.com gift certificate when I tried to pay. They said that they were no longer a part of the program. I just left my cash payment and walked out. I'll never go back. They want to use Restaurant.com to attract new patrons, but then don't want to honor the gift certificates.

We had a party of 14 nd they did a geat job taking care of everyone. The onl thing bad to say was two in our part had the roast beef and mashed potatoes and the roast beef was so tough they couldn't eat it.

Service was excellent. Our waitress, Nora, was very good and very helpful in suggesting items on the menu. John, the owner, came over to introduce himself. The food was very good and plentiful.

The service was fine but the food was just food nothing special. We got burgers, onion rings and the sampler. The burgers were below average the onion rings were okay and the sampler didn't come with any dipping sauces. I doubt I'll be back.

the waiter did not inform us that we could not use the coupon until the end of the meal where as we presented the coupon upon arrival.

Calling the restaurant, La Parisienne is a misnomer. It is Greek food...not French, and very mediocre at that. Not what I'd expect in NYC at that location. Chicken was dry, rice was very plain.

All of the specials they offered on the day we were there were fantastic, especially the spanikopita.
