Live music outside was loud. We ate inside. From our table, every time the door was opened to go to the terrace, we were blasted with the music.

After we were seated we noticed the air conditioning was not working (on a 90+ degree day) and were told they were working on it--we decided to stay but it would have been nice to have been offered a free beverage or something for our discomfort.

La Terrazza is located very close to the resort where we own timeshare and we have been dining there every time we go on vacation to Sunny Isles Beach.

empty tables, but forced us in outdoor area. Waiter got annoyed that we didn't order bottled water.Walked away from us half way of us ordering?

This place is extremely overpriced for the quality of food that it has. Nice ambiance...would be nice if the food taste better than a frozen entree.

food is excellent, but service needs a lot of work! we had to ASK for server to take our order after 15 minutes sitting without any server coming, once we got food they were so in rush to take our NOT EVEN EMPTY plates that we had to STOP them and ask to leave it till we are done! but the food is very very good!

The food is very well prepared and they have music on certain days. It's a very touristy restaurant, but very good Italian food.

They were great. Honored the reservation although they had a line of people waiting. Service and food was excellent. Great waiter. They also had entertainment Saturday night.

We have eaten many times at this restaurant and it's been
better. Friday nite the wait for the food was extremely slow. They now have a singer on the patio who was much too loud.
