Rated 2 out of 5 by The food is excellent. Not enough serving staff. Tea served in paper cup. Didn't have soup spoons. Feb 6, 2015
Rated 2 out of 5 by Ambiance was a little strange as you are basically in a hotel lobby's open atrium area. Feb 6, 2015
Rated 2 out of 5 by We called ahead in an attempt to make a reservation. The woman who answered the phone did not seem to understand the concept, and kept repeating that the restaurant was busy and the wait was 30-40 minutes. When we arrived, there was no one waiting ahead of us and there were plenty of open tables. It took at least five minutes before anyone so much as greeted us. Feb 6, 2015
Rated 5 out of 5 by We wanted to relax and have an early dinner. We were greeted as we were walking up to the hosts counter by two wait staff while another was taking a reservation on the phone. We were seated immediately given menus, told about specials and our drink order taken. We already knew we wanted the prime rib. It took some time to decide on a side dish. There were Roasted garlic mash potatoes, French market red beans & rice, green beans almandine, Louisiana sweet potato soufflé, and Creole Jambalaya. The place was busy; more customers for dinner, the bar was full and had a football game on TV and there was a person playing requests at a grand piano. That was such a nice surprise with dinner. The colorful squash melody was the other side dish and it’s wasn’t over cooked. The prime rib was wonderful almost melt in your mouth. The wait staff were jack of all trades so they also busy the tables. We had a short conversation with our wait person, who was very pleasant. The servings were large enough you could take home half of the meal. We didn’t have room for dessert but will the next time we go. Jan 27, 2015
