Rated 3 out of 5 by Our server had a server in training and he didn't mention it or introduce her. He's very awkward in his serving style (note, I was a server for 25yrs) and didn't much care for him the last time he served us and frankly was disappointed to see he would be serving us again. He just says too much and his style is forced, not casual! I asked what the soup was, he had to check. No problem, then he forgets to tell me and I had to ask him again. Asked the trainee for "fake" sugar and she brought sugar. THEY WERE NOT BUSY AT ALL ON A MON. NIGHT ! ! ! I ordered a buffalo chicken wrap, they need to either a. serve it in a bread bowl as it was swimming in buffalo sauce or b. rename it the "buffalo oversauced salad chicken wrap". I order these a lot at other places and it was just wrong. shredded or cubed chicken versus strips, the lettuce was wilty . . . you just flip it in the sauce for flavor, DON'T DROWN IT. . . way way too spicy and I love spicy food. I did mention this when he asked and in his favor, he did offer me something else, but having been in the biz before I never liked when people did that to me so I don't send food back. I took the rest home and will salvage in a thick bun to soak up the sauce. My salad rocked and my friend ordered the Salmon BLT and it was very ample in size and looked delicious. She enjoyed it. We were offered coffee on the house - ok touch, a bar beverage would have been better - come on - coffee. I asked for cream, we were brought a very very huge carafe of milk, not whole, but skim. The did not tell us it was milk until, I suspect they overheard us speaking about it and then he came up to tell us. You are a hotel restaurant and are out of cream . . . again . . .odd. He was nice, but awkward in his style and almost intrusive. Watch your people, we were chatting intensely, DON'T INTERUPT until you see a break Or DON'T COME OVER SO MUCH. Jul 1, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by The bartender was the server too. The service wasn't fast, but it was good. Also, the name of this restaurant has changed! I had to go inside to make sure it was the same restaurant and to see if they would honor the certificate. Jun 30, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Good, but prime rib was actually fried steak, had to ask for aunts. Took a looping time to get it. I asked if it had to be made, answer was yes. Also asked for gravy for mashed potatoes, they didn't have any. Jun 29, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by The waitress did not know what she was doing. it was a friday night at 530pm, we were one of 2 tables and we asked about drink specials she had to go back to check, then we asked about the fishfry what came with it and she had to find someone else to check, so was very poorly trained and there was several other staff members that could have been assisting her if she didnt know what she was doing Jun 24, 2014

Rated 4 out of 5 by The food was good, the stuff was friendly, but we waited for a while to get drinks and food, and bill. The layout of the restaurant is inefficient, and the stuff were new, not well trained. Very friendly though. Jun 13, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Nice salad bar with two soup choices, great salad toppings, excellent salad. My only wish was real butter, not a butterlike margarine spread for the marble rye bread. But, other than that, we totally enjoyed our visit and dinner, very warm and friendly staff. We will be back! Jun 7, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by 1) hosts should be at the door not sitting in the back2) restaurants that charge this much should NEVER use a microwave to reheat food or melt cheese3) the food should at least be served with all it's ingredients, pasta shouldn't be over cooked, and house specials shouldn't be dry and taste a week old4) turn down the air conditioner...I assume you're charging your customers for the experience of eating in a replicated climate of Antarctica because you certainly aren't charging for quality food.
