Food was good and came out pretty fast, drinks were kept refilled. The only thing that wasn't great was the restaurant filled up really fast and they were not expecting it so the last half of our service was kind of slow.

The service was good. The people were nice, but they let us know they didn't make any money with the coupon and did not like messing with it. I bought two at the time of purchase , but I will be unlikely to use the other one. So I wasted my money. I will not buy two to the same place again until I have been there and see their response to the coupon. Outside dinning area was best.

The attention to detail was good. Management was very involved as well. Pollo Fundido was excellent, much better than the last time.

I've been coming to this place for years. Mario and his family and staff are always so nice. It's a Florence institution.

The server noted the total needed to spend included our drinks, but the when we got to the "payment " the manager "changed their rules" thus we had to order some food to go which delayed our travel. Otherwise it was a nice Mexican restauran with good food

too cold inside, food got cold quickly. chips and salsa were not very good for being a mexican food restuarant.

Service could have been better. It was very slow, took a long time to take our order. Then got 2 out of 3 meals mixed up. Everyone was friendly.
