Rated 5 out of 5 by It was our first time ever to this place. My husband and I thought we were lost because the restaurant is down a residential street. It doesn't look like much on the outside but as the old saying goes "Don't judge a book by its cover"! The food, service, ambiance, were EXCELLENT! My husband and I both agree that it's better than our Fleming's Steak House experience! Truly a hidden gem! Nov 19, 2014

Rated 5 out of 5 by The service was fantastic. We didn't have reservations and were still accomodated with very friendly service. Or waiter was awesome. Mushroom appetizer was to die for. Nov 6, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by We had not been to a French restaurant in some time and found the presentation and taste to be excellent. The dessert of Chocolate Crème Brulee was truly delicious. Nov 4, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by The atmosphere was quiet and formal-looking but the staff was so welcoming and cheerful, they made diners feel comfortable. our table was centrally located but felt private. Nov 3, 2014

Rated 5 out of 5 by Easily the best meal I had ever had. The lamb was cooked perfectly! If I had to absolutely say anything negative, the only thing I could think to say is; the soda is non-refillable and $2.50 for a can. Luckily I prefer water, and my wife doesn't drink a lot so we got away with $5 on drinks. Oct 20, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by My wife and I went there for a "date night" - just the two of us, no kids or friends. Everything was perfect. We both started with an appetizer; sautéed mushrooms for my beautiful wife, Escargot Bourgogne for me. Both were outstanding. I am a traditionalist when it comes to Escargot and have never been disappointed at Le Rendezvous. Next we had Onion soup and a salad with house dressing. The chilled and crisp greens were delicious with the tangy house dressing. My only recommendation here would be to offer a Caesar salad option (my favorite salad). My wife indicated the onion soup, as always, was one of the best she has had. We both ordered the Filet mignon with blue cheese sauce and scampi shrimp for dinner. The steaks were cooked to perfection (blood rare) and the shrimp were exquisite. We topped the evening off with Crapes Suzette made table side. The waitress cooked the sauce a bit longer than most resulting in a more caramelized flavor which we found to be excellent. We dine at Le Rendezvous about once month and have never been disappointed. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone who desires an outstanding dining experience (their special Chilean Sea Bass is to die for). As everything is cooked to order, plan on about 2 to 2 ½ hours to fully enjoy your dining experience. Oct 16, 2014
