There were a few little things - like at least one of our entrees not being exactly like the menu described and a pork chop that was a bit tough - that kept me from giving the meal an excellent rating.

We had a little glitch at the end of our "perfect" dining experience, and I was not going to make an issue of it. But, as we were leaving the manager asked how things were and I told him and he took care of the problem, immediately. Now that is good service and great customer relations! We will be returning, for sure, and share our wonderful dining experience with our friends and family.

I had the tuna poke, which was delicious, but the wontons were hard as rocks.

Food was outstanding. Server was excellent although overwaited a little, asked if we needed anything a bit too often.

we had two problems. one was up charges for asking for spinach instead of asparagus. the second was a20% tip added on tour total bill. It would have been more appropriate to add 20% to the pre tax bill.Why should I tip on tax?

Great waiter! Also, loved the free shuttle service. Bryan (the driver) was awesome- please keep him around and give him a good tip! Made our evening experience fantastic. Some feedback- did not care for the green/blue/red blinking lights in the restaurant. Felt a little too club-like for fancy and romantic dining.

Food was good but service was very rushed. It was a very busy night in the bar area, where we ate. Felt like our waitress was very stressed, poor girl.

Great food. The macaroni w/lobster was nothing to write home about, but the gator bites were awesome. Did not appreciate the automatic 18% gratuity added to the bill, if I hadn't actually looked at the bill I would've added a tip and then ended up paying 36% gratuity. I understand adding it automatically to a large group, but it was just the two of us. That was quite deceiving.

I looked at the menu whenever I purchased the restaurant.com voucher. I saw a specific item on the menu that I was going to get. When I dined there, they did not have that item anymore. I had really been looking forward to it, so I was disappointed.

Our waitress was excellent, Krista! Friendly, knowledge and on it. Drinks never went dry! Food was outstanding! Love this restraraunt!

The certificate went a long way and we tried a variety of things. Atmosphere was fun and festive. Food was good.

Service, appetizers, salads and soup were good. 2 of the 3 of us thoroughly enjoyed our entrees. 3rd person was disappointed with the "buttery-ness" of her seafood entree. Atmosphere was good; we had reservations which were early enough to allow us to talk and enjoy each other's company without have to shout of music and deal with crowds (which kicked in about 10:00 p.m.).

Had to wait a LONG time for the food. They are not prepared to serve dinner promptly. There was hardly anyone there either.
